The Dutch Job Swappers will be making their way to New York on September 6th. The following week, on September 13th, all Dutch and American Job Swappers will travel together to Amsterdam, to roll up their sleeves for their second week together.

Firefighters, Midwives, District Attorneys, Bar Owners and six other professions are represented in this unique job swap project between Amsterdammers and New Yorkers. This Job Swap is more than just a job exchange program; it is an exciting adventure in which professional knowledge and experience will be exchanged and cultural differences will be thoroughly explored.

Participants will write about their experiences on their personal blog, illustrated with photos and videos. Check out their exciting stories on this website.

The Job Swap is an initiative of the Henry Hudson 400 Foundation and BKB, in cooperation with the NY400. The Wildcard contest is organized together with newspapers Het Parool (Amsterdam) and AM New York (New York).
